Kimberly “Kim” “Tim Tim” J. Bowman passed away on Monday, Oct. 20, 2014.
She was 32 years old.
She was born on Thursday, December 24, 1981, to Susan Harper Ezell and the late Edward A. Bowman.
She is survived by sisters, Kellie L. Bowman and Kristi E. Bowman; nieces, Aeryal Rainey and Brea Rainey; godson, Shay Weed; step-father, Larry Ezell; step-sister, Crystal Ezell; step-niece and nephew, Jayleigh and Jaycob Smith; and step-grandmother, Melva Ezell.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the memorial service on Saturday, Nov. 1 at Journey Fellowship Church, 30042 N. Dixie Ranch Rd, Lacombe, at 2 p.m.

Richard Martin Singletary Sr., of Pearl River, passed away on Thursday, Oct. 23, 2014, at home surrounded by his family and loved ones.
He was 79 years old.
He retired from the STPSO after 28 years, was an elected board member for WST Electric for 27 yrs, and St. Tammany Fire District Board of Commissions for 23 years, and was a member of Charter Oak Baptist Church in Pearl River.
Singletary is survived by his children, Richard “Marty” Singletary Jr., Darlene Williams, and Kenny Singletary; grandchildren, Shelly, Toni, Courtney, Shane, Sheree, and Hubba; and great-grandchildren, Cameron, Shea, Jacob, Dakota, Kelsie, Nolan, Ana, Bella, Theresa Lynn, Brenna, Hunter, Ty, Danielle, Paige, and Bryan.

Lyle Story, of Pearl River, passed away on Wednesday, Oct. 22, 2014, in

Slidell.

He was 88 years old.
He was the husband of Helen Poillon Story for 59 years; father of Donna Shields (Terry), Brian Story (Debbie), Dean Story (Raye Ann), and Ronald Story (Anne); brother of Mary Bosch and the late Sidney Story, Isabelle Madere, Robert Story, Carroll Story; grandfather of Chad Shields (Angela), Kelly Shields, Benjamin Story (Kristen), Ashley Story, Shane Story (Hailey), Kyle Story, Josh Story, Leigha Story, Kayla Story, Christina D’Angelo (Anthony), Chris Sparnecht (Brianna), Lucien D’Angelo; and great-grandfather of Madison D’Angelo and Patrick Doll.
He was a native of New Orleans, and a U.S. Navy World War II Veteran.
A funeral Mass was held on Oct. 25 at St. Luke the Evangelist Catholic Church, 910 Crossgates Blvd, Slidell.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Good Samaritan Ministry at St. Luke the Evangelist Catholic Church.

Janet Rae Carlson Bond, a longtime resident of Slidell, passed away on Thursday, Oct. 23, 2014, in Ft. Worth, Texas.
She was 80 years old.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, John Calvin Bond Jr.; and sisters, LaVerne Steuart and Shirley Morrison.
She is survived by her son, Timothy Bond (wife Iris); grandchildren, Daniel Bond and Julianna Bond; and a nephew whom she helped raise, Michael Steuart.
Funeral services were held on Oct. 29 at Honaker Funeral Home in Slidell.

Shirley Ann Larson Waller, of Pearl River, passed away on Saturday, Oct. 25, 2014.
She was a member of 1st Baptist Church in Pearl River, and a retired foreign language teacher for the St. Tammany Parish School Board.
Waller is survived by her husband of 54 years, Brother Alvin Waller; children, Suzanne Kyzar, Lee Waller (Tana), and Brian Waller; brother and sisters, Charles Eugene “Buddy” Larson, Frances Sue Elcan, and Betty Lou O’Neal; grandchildren, Stephanie and Kendall Kyzar, Andrew, Haylee, Jonathan, Joshua and Caleb Waller; and two great-granddaughters.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Fannie Larson; daughter, Sheryl Waller; and brother, Jim E. Larson.
Funeral services were held on Oct. 29 from the chapel of D.T. Williams Funeral Home, 67525 Hwy. 41 Pearl River.
Brother Toby Pittman officiated.

Rosemary Melancon passed away at the Guest House of Slidell on Wednesday, Oct. 22, 2014.
She was 79 years old.
She was born March 1, 1935, in New Orleans and was 79 years old and a longtime resident of Slidell.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph Melancon and Maria San Nicholas; and her longtime companion, David Carpenter.
She was a graduate of Warren Easton High School and received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from the University of New Orleans.
Melancon was a champion of mental health education. She received numerous awards as a spokesperson and teacher trainer for the State of Louisiana Office of Human Services Division of Mental Health, the University of New Orleans, East St. Tammany Mental Health Association and Sunshine House.
She is survived by her long term advocates, John and Sally Cool, and the many friends she has accumulated during her ten years residency at the Guest House of Slidell.
A memorial service will be held at the Guest house of Slidell in the near future.
