Isaac Brian “Izzy” Henney, age 7, of Slidell, LA, passed away on Saturday, July 22, 2023.
Born in Bartlesville, OK, he was a third grader at Honey Island Elementary in Slidell.
Francis Peter “Pete” O’Connell, age 76, of Slidell, LA, passed away on Wednesday, July 26, 2023.
A native of Holyoke, MA, he was a graduate of Calhoon MEBA Engineering School and served in the Merchant Marines during the Vietnam War.
He spent many years in the maritime industry, traveling around the world while working for Tidewater, Inc. He later worked for USDOT Maritime Administration until his retirement in 2006.
He enjoyed scuba diving, traveling, photography and mountain escapes.

Edwin Lionel Gaupp, Sr., age 82, of Lacombe, LA, passed away on Friday, July 21, 2023.
A native of New Orleans, he retired from the U.S. Department of Agriculture after many years of service.
