Keith D’Aunoy, of Slidell, passed away on Saturday, Nov. 1, 2014, at Slidell Memorial Hospital.
He was 65 years old.
He was the husband of Doris “Dot” D’Aunoy for 48 years; father of Keith D’Aunoy Jr. (Tina G. D’Aunoy), Tracy Smith; son of the late George and Juanita D’Aunoy; brother of Susan D’Aunoy Funck, and the late Diane D’Aunoy.
He is also survived by three grandchildren, Kellie D’Aunoy-Jones (Eric), Keith D’Aunoy III, and Alyssa Smith; and great-grandchildren, Zachary D’Aunoy-Jones and Jackson D’Aunoy-Jones.
He was a native of New Orleans, a longtime resident of Metairie, and a resident of Slidell since 2003. he worked in the transportation industry for 30-plus years, and for the past several years has been involved in the boating industry.
Memorial services were held on Nov. 11 at Honaker Funeral Home in Slidell.

Francis Edward Harsch, of Slidell, passed away on Wednesday, Nov. 5, 2014.
He was 50 years old.
He was the son of the late Edith Alder Harsch and George A. Harsch Sr.; and brother of George A. Harsch Jr. (Donita), Sybil C. Travis (Ronald), William A. Harsch and Richard C. Harsch.
He is also survived by a niece, Lisa Marie Harsch; and a nephew, Brent Harsch (Violet).
A native of Buffalo, N.Y. and a longtime resident of Slidell, he was the owner of St. Tammany Transmission.

Alvin August Plaeger, of Slidell and formerly New Orleans, passed away on Monday, Nov. 3, 2014.
He was 92 years old.
He was the husband of Judy Allen Plaeger for the past 50 years; son of the late Frederick A. Plaeger and Ellen Dendenger Plaeger; father of Alvin A. Plaeger Jr. (Mary) and Preston P. Plaeger; and brother of the late Harold, Fred, Howard and Althea Plaeger.
He is also survived by granddaughters, Suzanne, Mitzi and Bridget; and great-grandchildren, Linda Plaeger Howarth, Jean Plaeger Kolb and Carol Plaeger Reed.
He served in the U.S. Navy during WWII in the South Pacific aboard the U.S.S. ARD 19. He was a former employee of N.O. Public Service and retired from Pre-Cast Concrete Step Co. in 1984. He was a longtime member of First Baptist Church of Slidell and was an avid bowler.
He was priviledged in 2013 to be invited to participate in an Honor Flight to Washington, D.C. to visit the WWII Memorial.

Deborah Cantrell Leonard, of Slidell, passed away on Sunday, Nov. 2, 2014, after a long battle with muscular dystrophy.
She was 63 years old.
She was the wife of Scott E. Leonard; mother of the late Derek E. Thomas; daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Emile A. Cantrell; and granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. William B. Cantrell and the late Mr. and Mrs Earnest A. Serio.
She is survived by sister, Lelia C. Manale (Vincent); mother-in-law, Joyce Dummet Leonard; and sister-in-law of Jon (Mary), Rene (Deana) Leonard, Lynn Boudreaux (Jimmy), and Lorna Ammond (Marty).
She was a retired employee of Boasso America Corporation.
A funeral Mass was held on Nov. 8 at Honaker Funeral Home in Slidell.

John Bordelon, a former resident of Slidell, passed away on Sunday, Nov. 2, 2014, in Franklin, Tenn.
He was 76 years old.
Bordelon was preceded in death by his first wife, Loretta Spieler Bordelon (married 43 years); and parents, Wycliff and Mary Bordelon.
He is survived by his wife of 10 years, Kathleen Matherne Bordelon; children, Yvonne Bordelon, Troy Bordelon, Shawn Nelson, John Bordelon, and Lorne Bordelon; grandchildren, Brad, Amanda, Brittany, Katherine, Olivia, Timothy, John-Michael, and Jack Christian; great-grandchildren, Katie, Mathew, Lucas, and Abbygail; siblings, Richard, Ann, and Kelly; step-daughter, Melinda Flint; and step-grandchildren, Carley and Dawson.

Leo Joseph Williams Jr., a retired equipment operator for National Tea Co., passed away on Monday, Nov. 10, 2014, after a long illness.
He was 72 years old.
He is survived by wife, Carolyn Williams of 53 years; sons, Leo Williams III, (Kim); Kevin Williams; Byron Williams Sr. (Maureen); daughter, Nicole Williams; sisters, Alice Green, (Albert); Rita Wilson, (McArthur); Helena Hebert, (Michael); and brothers, Gerald Williams, (Gwen) and Merlin Williams.
He is survived with 13 grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
